CPU Turning Tube Polyurethane Material Make Seals
Description
The R3JM93A0 is a red colored hydrolysis-resistant, casted Polyurethane(CPU), based on MDI, Polycarbonate Polyol and certain additives. Due to the excellent overall properties, it is recommended as a standard sealing material for most of the hydraulic applications.
With 1100+ material molds, Jinbond is able to produce tube diameter from 15mm to 1550mm, for either hollow and solid CPU tubes. Custom service is also accepted.

Application
R3JM93A0 is ideal for making static and dynamic seals, such as U cup seal, wiper seal, buffer seal, etc. It can be used in most hydraulic appplications due to the compatiblity with most liquids, low friction and low temperature resistance.
