Description
The QBS is a pneumatic piston seal with special step cuts, there is small gap between the cutting slits. It is mounted on the pistons of lubricated or non-lube (oil free) compressors, are designed to ensure that the gas is compressed and to provide a seal between the piston and the cylinder.

QBS can be used in different applications depending on the seal ring material, such as pump, motor, pneumatic cylinder, air compressor, medical equipment etc.
To avoid damage to the sealing lip during installation, the housing must have a rounded chamfer. The sharp edges and burrs of the sealed mounting area must be removed.
