The JPVA is a asymmetric piston variseal consisting of a U-shaped shell made of filled Teflon and a V-shaped corrosion-resistant spring inside.

Application Suggestion
The sealing lip of JPVA is normally short and thick, which reduces friction and prolongs life. The initial sealing force is provided by a metal spring at low pressure even zero pressure. When the system pressure rises, the main sealing force is formed by the system pressure, thus ensuring a reliable seal from zero to high pressure. This seal can be used in general and hydraulic systems as well as in a wide range of other applications such as chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
