The JBRS is an important rod sealing solution in hydraulic cylinders. It’s composed of 2 parts,a dynamic bronze filled PTFE slide ring and an energizer O ring for static sealing.

Application Suggestion

JBRS step seal is used in hydraulic reciprocating system. In high, medium, low pressure and heavy load, the sealing situation under high frequency conditions is very good. NBR is the most frequently used material of o ring. If the operating temperature is high and harsh,FKM o ring is recommended.

4. How do you pack the items?

Generally,there are 2 ways to pack the seals.

1) Proper packaging with No Marks;

2) Custom logo packaging,we will need logo authorization from you if this option is necessary.
