Description
The JDVE is a single-acting static seals consisting of a Teflon jacket and a 'V' shaped or Helical spring.
JDVE is suitable for compressed gas, waterless fracturing seals, LPG and liquid nitrogen, as well as rotary, reciprocating and oscillatory motions. It is also recommended for high-pressure fluid and gas applications, especially for internal pressure flange sealing.

1. How long is the production time of spring energized seals?
Generally 7-10 days for new production, 1-2 days for stock items.
2. Do you provide springs in other shape?
Besides Helical and Cantilever V spring, we also provide Cantilever U Spring and Detached Leg Spring for variseals. The other two are considered seldom-used so MOQ is requested.
3. Can you make customized size of this product?
