Product Introduction
JPGW seal is a double acting compact seal,consisting of a PTFE seal for dynamic reciprocating motion, an elastomer o ring and two back up rings used to compensate for large extrusion gaps and uncompressed structural deformation.

Application Suggestion
JPGW seal is applied in hydraulic reciprocating systems, especially good at long strokes and a wide range of fluids and high temperature working conditions. Mainly used in cylinder piston seals for heavy-duty or construction machinery, such as excavators, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, etc. To avoid damage to the seal lip during installation,chamfers of the housing must be smooth. Sharp edges and burrs of the seal mounting area must be removed.
