Product Introduction
The VP/R is a fabric-reinforced, high wear resistance, chevron seal ring assembly with a seal ring consisting of a support ring(bottom adapter) and a pressure ring(top adapter).
The VP/R seals feature a preloaded radial lip design that provides a good seal. This assembly is not sensitive to the sealing surface finish. The male and female adapters are used to complete a set of V-shapes and help seal during compression; the V-shaped packing can be optimized by changing the material to accommodate different chemicals, temperatures and pressures.

Application Suggestion
The VP/R piston and rod universal seals are commonly used in static, reciprocating and centrifugal applications. It is especially suitable for applications requiring high levels of damage such as damage, contamination risks and adjustable glands, such as telescopic truck hoists, pumps and valves, heavy and horizontal compressors.

1. How many vee rings do I need for my cylinder sealing?
It depends on the pressure of your hydraulic cylinders. Here are recommend vee rings qty based on different working pressure:
3 VEES: 20-50Mpa
5 VEES: 50-100Mpa
7 VEES: 100-150Mpa
2. What is the maximum diameter of your vee packing seals?
For material of FAB, max. diameter of vee packing is 1080mm.

3. Can you provide material report of order(s)?
